3. Operating OHC (Over Head Crane - 8 tons x 20 m, double body, pendant controlled).

5. Accomplishing the assigned works during maintenance/change size.

1. Stand assembly .
2. Preparation and assembly of spare stand that is available to be installed anytime.
- installing guides (entry and delivery),
- setting the roll gap.
- installing the cooling system.
3. Operating OHC (Over Head Crane).
4. Daily housekeeping on work place.

1. Actual inspection of billets before charging into furnace.
2. Making sure that there is available billet to be discharge whenerver the production needs a billet.
3. Monitoring the position of the billets inside furnace.
4. Actual count of the billets discharged.
5. Inspection of furnace area.
6. Daily housekeeping on work place.
7. Operating OHC (Over Head Crane) in mill area during maintenance/shut down.
8. Driving/Operating a 5 ton forklift

Over Head Crane Operator

1. Loading of billets to the table of the billet charging.
2. During mill maintenance, change stand and change rolls.

Sampler ( Cold Shear Assistant )

Roughing Mill - 3 Hi, 7 pass

Adjuster - Roughing Mill

1. Maintaining the gap and the alignment of the rolls, checking of the bar size.
2. Making sure that there is available static guides for 1st pass up to 7th pass.
3. Housekeeping.

Machine Operator- Roughing Machine ( manual control only )

1. Before operation- checking of all the controls, rollers and spindles
2. During operation - Getting the target numbers of billets per hour - billets that must pass thru the roughing mill.
