*Review and approve construction execution plan for Electrical and Instrumentation scope submitted by Sub-Contractors of awarded projects.
*Supervise Electrical and Instrumentation works of Sub-Contractors during construction phase of awarded project.
*Coordinate with client regarding the work progress update and schedule for Electrical and Instrumentation works.
*Coordinate with Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Design Department for drawing clarifications.
*Update Material Status Report for E&I scope,
*Make construction execution plan for Electrical and Instrumentation Scope for Oil and Gas proposal projects.
*Review and approve for electrical utilities drawings of temporary facilities and support buildings for awarded project with compliance to international standards.
*Make electrical design for project support buildings and facilities for proposal purposes.
*Make direct, indirect manpower and equipment mobilization plan for awarded and project proposals.
*Make bill of quantities for electrical and communication scope for temporary facilities.
ELECTRICAL:
Handles low and medium voltages. On client side for rehabilitation and commissioning of the power barge with 66MW Capacity(11 units or Wartsila Diesel Engines 18v32 each coupled with 6 MW generators). Test, troubleshoot, and repair the plants electrical equipment and components such as Generators, Motors, SF6 circuit breakers, lighting and motor controllers. Troubleshoot and repair auxiliary equipment and plant support system such as plant control system(automation system), plant monitoring system, starting air system, steam system, fuel system, cooling system and lube oil system of Wartsila Diesel Engine (18v32).
INSTRUMENTATION
Performs installation and calibrations of instrumentation and control facilities such as electronic transmitter, programmable controllers, sensors and gauges for pressure, low temperature, and level. PMS, troubleshooting and calibration of instrument for Wartsila Diesel Engine (18V32) such as thermocouples, RTD's, solenoid valves, switches, transmitter for pressure, temperature and level, and turbo charger speed sensors. Performs trouble shooting and re-wiring for PLC (Scheider and Modicon) and ensures proper operation of generator protection relay and SCADA telecommunication network monitoring and maintenance. Performs calibration and installations of analog meters and transducer for voltage, current, frequency, active and reactive power, etc.
*Supervision, inspection and monitoring of all electrical works in the project.
*Perform shop drawing for revision using AutoCad.
*Perform electrical estimates. Updates daily and weekly activities for project progress report.
*Academic Excellence Awardee for three semesters.
