DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Doing pre-flight briefing for my crew members and assigned their positions for the incoming flight
• A warmth greetings for the passengers during boarding
• Helping passengers to their seats and assisting with the stowing of carry-on luggages.
• Demonstrating the emergency procedures whilst the aircraft is preparing for take off • Ensuring the safety of the passengers by checking their seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take off
• Making announcement on behalf of the pilot and answering passengers questions during the flight
• Selling food and beverages and duty free goods on board
• Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situation
• Giving first aid to passengers where necessary
• Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of the flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead compartment.
• Responding to customer complaints.
• Completing paper work, including writing a flight report.
