Main responsibilities of current position :
- Coordinate with team of salesmen, warehouse staff.
-Reported to the Parts manager.
- Managing a sales terms.
- Analyze the KPI report and take corrective actions in coordination with Parts Manager to meet the company objectives.
- Providing KPI update to the team to meet the company objectives.
- Apply the correct order procurers for the regular orders and initial orders.
- Ensure that the spare parts Receive and Issue procedure is followed by all the team.
- Mange of inventory operations for parts including ordering, pricing.
- Doing a Random check on the stock count and accuracy.
-Analyzes sales, lost sales, expenses and inventory on monthly basis to achieve goals of profit.
-Control new items ordered for stocking to make sure that only essential
Items are ordered.
-streaming relevant organization activities and operation for smooth operation of the department and maximize sales benefits ( Sales, GB, TOR )
- Devising unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales targets.
-Provide technical assistance to the employees and collogues.
- Cooperated with the service manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts required for internal jobs to increase the customer satisfaction.
-Monitor and supervise the daily, weekly reports.
-Develop sales promotions for automobile parts.
-Monitor the on-going training sessions for all the team.
-Approve purchase orders for automobile parts.
- Manage MYNM’ orders programs and channels (Stock and emergency orders).
- Coordinate with the vendor for any quality issues, any changes or update on spare parts so that it can be rectified.
-Maintains all department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.
-DHL order processing, follow up and supplying parts to the Workshop Counter / Cash Counter / Outdoor Sales.
-Preparing Rush Order to Head Office (Jeddah) on the daily Basis.
-Monitoring and Controlling Physical Inventory by various reports on daily basis.
-Sending the Report to All W/S Team Leaders & Advisor for the New Arrival of Special Orders for VOR on daily Basis.
-Updating the Status of Parts to Issuable from different statuses (G, R, J, I, M).
-Conducting Perpetual Inventory and Annual too.
-Preparing Branch Transfers to other Branches on daily basis.
-Update the locations in the AS400 / Autoline.
-Preparing LPO’s for miscellaneous external purchases.
-Preparing Material Receipts against the Parts (Sets), and swapping.
-Creating the Part Numbers in the AS400 / Autoline.
-Checking availability of Parts in AS400 / Autoline,
-Make Booking of Parts & Parts Receipt for stock on the daily basis.
-Issuance of Internal Invoices against the internal depts. Request.
-Preparing Insurance claims against the received damaged parts.
-Preparing Monthly Reports (Net Stock Value, Workshop in progress, Parts Analysis & Revenue).
Main responsibilities :
-Reported to the Parts Manger.
- Responsible for receiving customers parts for their vehicles ordered by Daily IBR / Stock Orders / Special Orders.
- Constant follows up with Delivery Couriers to avoid such delays of receiving consignments.
- Responsible for sending the Daily Consignments to the other Branches for the entire Kingdom.
- Taking the whole consignments in system by running the process of Booking.
-Generating the Insurance Claims in the regard of receiving the damaged Consignments.
-Dealing with Accounts regarding all documents (Sending / Receiving).
Main responsibilities :
- Acting like a Proxy User in SAP for all Parts Employee’s for Generating the Leave/Loan requests etc.
- Responsible for generating the Local parts Orders.
- Controlling the complete documentation (W/S, B/S, Cash Counter and Internal Invoices).
-Responsible to respond all Calls & emails on the Absence of Parts Manager.
- After receiving the Local Orders completely responsible to deliver the items to requester under timely manners.
-Responsible to Provide all Issued Internal Invoices by Parts to Account Department at every Month End.
-Preparing the Overtime Sheets for all Parts Employees and Submitted to HR Department on every 10th of Month.
-Controlling & updating the database of Parts Employees on daily Basis.
