 Direct liaise with subcontractor and client  Control site works according to working schedule  Monitoring and implementing the right materials to be install/utilize as per specification  Meeting with clients regarding alteration and additional works needed on site  Securing Permits regarding work areas  Preparation of Method of Statement prior for resumption of work  Conducting orientation of the Subcontractor to familiarize site rules and safety  Monitoring materials to be delivered ahead of time to prevent the cause of delay on site  Daily coordination meeting is being observed regarding progress on site  Monitoring daily man power, machinery and activities report  Reviewing revision of drawings prior for construction  Monitoring drawings regarding request for information (RFI)  Duty roosters is strictly being followed by scheduled given by the Project manager.  In charge of concrete ordering and all arrangement on site during casting  To meet client’s expectations mainly on the quality of work and schedule  Supervising the project and coordinate with other contractors on the interface on work  To ensure the Safety within the work site especially in Oil and Gas company  In charge for the Infrastructures and Civil works such as piling, earthworks, foundations, structures, steel works, roads, drainages, underground, etc.
