- Managed the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and review process for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 and organizational certification of the company. - Conduct the Annual management review session covering management reporting relating to issues, observations, and resolutions as per the current status of the Integrated Management System of the organization - Responsible for consolidating data Ex. Internal Audit Results, KPI results during Risk Management review, and strategic discussion review process. - Collaborate with the third party outsourced Internal Audit for the implementation and operations of the Internal Audit function for the organization. - Served as the organization’s focal point from any Third-Party entity, certification body during and after any assessments, facility tour, and alike process for the organization’s Integrated Management System. - Secure renewal of Certifications for ISO 9001:2015 Trading division during its 1st and 2nd surveillance audit - Secure the Certification for ISO 9001:2015 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 for manufacturing of the organization. - Secure Initial organizational Plant audit and third-party audit approval, ex. Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum Etc.
- Served as the lead officer for the daily operational process of the organization
- Handled the overall technical and commercial back-office related process of the organization’s services for translation division, LED lightings and Screens division, Construction Division.
- Create and lead the organization on most of its top priority tenders for proposal and bidding formulation and submission and post-clarification process, securing top tender submissions for organization’s projects such as for North Oil Company, Public Works Authority Etc.
- Manage and represents the organization for Worker’s welfare audit done by the Supreme Committee
- Serves as the lead focal point for administrative works for top projects of the organization such as for Public Works Authority and alike.
• Meeting the Agency’s protocol for timetable and service performance by being involved in check listing/ Verification (e.g. tracing and vouching) of Documents submitted by the claimant .
• Reduce the backlog from the year 2010 to 2014 of the records management database of the department in a span of a month.
• Keeping the number of files up to date by conducting inventory of tax credit certificates for the year 2011 to 2014, supported by working papers and summary report.
• Reducing the buildup of unverified files for the transmittal report for ICL verification of the center equivalent to a three month work load.
• Accomplished the internship program with an excellent remark from department’s tax consultants and government agency’s Human Resource Department.
