Acknowledge, welcome and greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner. Coach team members how to proactively identify when a customer needs help and how to adjust their service style to suit the needs and requirements of each customer. Consistently demonstrate and coach the rest of the team to complete all steps during the till point customer process. Ensure store is fully replenished at all times and assist with re-merchandising the store as required. Able to communicate to visitors / operation manager the key sales targets, best and worst sellers and reason for this. Track all (controllable) store cost / expenses and ensure these remain within the agreed budgets. Provide weekly/month end report and action plan of the store.
Supervises sales activities of all area sales personnel to ensure that sales quotas are met, implements sales and marketing campaigns to boost sales volume. Make final selection of outside suppliers and equipment when agreement between purchasing department and specific internal departments cannot be reached at lower authority levels.
To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control throughout the store by supervising the development and approving stocks control procedures. Cross verify items stored in location, conduct spot checks and update Axapta system for goods receipt,
acknowledge receipt of incoming receipt of goods. To provide reports to warehouse manager / Logistic Manager for warehouse related operation
Responsible in dealing with different suppliers regarding products delivery, analyzes sales data and trends and prepares appropriate recommendation to management. Coordinates all new materials orders with scheduled deliveries to alleviate excess inventory problems, accepts other associated responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Keeps Quality Service and Cleanliness standards on all shifts attending supervisor. Controls labor, waste, cash and yields while initiating shift QSC. Supervises order delivery of raw materials. Executes crew meetings and enthusiasm for calendar activities, does weekly inventories and statistical for variance reports, Submits weekly production and other info that maybe of use in marketing objectives.
