Monitor strict compliance of "Permit to Work" system.
· Ensure TBT to be carried out daily and emergency response procedure to be given emphasis.
· Participate in walk through inspection together with the Aramco personnel and attend coordination meeting.
· Attend daily SCAR meeting (Safety Corrective Action Request) together with all Samsung HSE Personnel.
· Investigated accidents and injuries. Documented the injuries; detailed the events leading to, during, and after the accident; and made recommendations to fix hazards.
· Recommends safety requirements and specifications that must be mandated in accordance with ARAMCO standards.
· Conducts weekly inspections on workers tools and equipments to ensure good working condition.
· Ensure only competent, qualified and certified personnel shall be authorized to do the job. · All necessary PTW/certificates must be secured prior to commence of any work.
· Ensure that equipments/trucks and gears must be certified by third party and approved by ARAMCO.
· Ensures sign boards to be displayed and proper barricades must be on placed.

•Supervise critical activities, including confined space entry, excavation, and set-up temporary structures.
•Conducts weekly inspections of tools and equipments to ensure that they are in good Working condition.
•Recommends safety requirements and specifications that must be mandated in accordance with ARAMCO Safety Standards.
•Investigated accidents and report findings.
•Conduct tool box meetings with subordinates before the worked start.
