Job Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee the day to day implementation and construction management of the Projects.
• In-charge in preparation of documents as per 10, 000m3/day Waste Water Treat Plant, MODON PROJECT specifications, procedures, standards and approved drawings
• Define clear role, responsibilities and deliverables requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all project team or stakeholders.
• Work as construction representative of my company with client to plan, develop and organize the construction effort to attain the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within the budget to implement the scope of work.
• Execute the raising of Request for Inspection (RFI) for Materials Technical Approval (MTA), soil investigations and Building Construction inspection.
• Ensuring that the construction Design Specifications is carried out within the required and contract scope and approved shop drawings.
• Monitor and report to my Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine surveillance and inspection on Excavations, lay-outs, formworks, concrete pouring, final elevations and etc. in various buildings and carrying out the computation of Quantity Surveying prior to submittal to procurement department.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. And provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedure, method statement and work instruction.
• Monitoring the implementation of Safety standards and promote safety cultures among then ranks throughout the entire duration of the projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: OFFICE WORKS: ϖ Prepare all documents as per Saudi Aramco specifications, procedures and standards. Handling the operations of Quality Management Information System (QMIS), which includes, raising RFI (Request for Inspection), replying for closure and acceptance and prepared documents for turn-over and PMCC records.
ϖ Prepare reports for all Asphalt and Concrete, which also includes, maintaining the calibration logs, reviewed all materials test results submitted by approved batching plants and transmittal to SAPID for acceptance.
ϖ Prepare all necessary documents attach for RFI based on approved IFC drawings, revisions and specifications, which includes all survey reports, field density tests results, concrete, asphalt concrete, materials, water and HDPE liner (welding and NDT test results)
LABORATORY WORKS: ϖ Conducted material sampling for all stockpiles and borrow pits, which includes water for curing or compaction and all necessary samples for asphalt and concrete which were subject for laboratory and witnessing the testing at any approved third party laboratories such as the following: Compressive strength for concrete cylinders, asphalt bitumen, extraction/gradation and Marshall properties.
ϖ Conduct asphalt core sampling and witnessing the testing at any approved third party laboratory for compaction requirements and thickness test.
FIELD WORKS: ϖ Conducted material receiving, storage and preservation inspections, which includes the review of all material testing results from the suppliers.
ϖ Conducted the routine inspection for the following areas;
¬ Roads: from ground preparation, fill placement of all embankments, sub grades, aggregate base coarse and up to laying of Binder Coarse and Wearing Coarse asphalt concrete, road paintings and raised pavement markers, which includes traffic signboards and informative signs. For TRD's (Temporary Roads), PRD's (Permanent Access Roads) and MRD's (Marl Roads)
¬ Ground Improvements and site Preparation of the following;
• Permanent Facilities (PF2, PF4), using dynamic tamping and compaction methods. Fill placement and compaction.
• Return water evaporation pond (RWEP), Maturation ponds (MP) and Facultive ponds (FP) . Fill placements and Compactions. HDPE liner placements and all pre welding, panel seaming and non-destructive vacuum test inspection.
ϖ Conducted inspection for concreting works at the following areas;
¬ Splitter boxes, gate valves boxes, air release valves boxes at (RWEP, MP and FP)
¬ Fuels stations at (Waterwells, WW1, WW2 and WW3)
¬ Gate valves boxes, air release valves boxes at Camp Pads
¬ Manholes foundations along roads, camp pads and lift stations 1 & 2, which also includes surrounding ground preparations.
ϖ Conducted surveying inspection for all road embankments, sub grades, aggregate base coarse (ABC) and prior for asphalt paving. And all components structures such as box culverts, pipe culverts and others.
ϖ Conducted inspections along with Saudi Aramco PID representatives for PMCC walk through prior for acceptance.
