Responsible for the daily management of the facility complex lease activities including financial administration, preparation of leasing reports, contract administration and tracking.
• Keeping accurate records of all leased locations and occupancy records
• Coordination of information and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients
• Prepare rent rolls and issue requisitions
• Input leasing data into the system
• Perform various leasing administrative work
• Prepare leasing documentation for clients and manager to review
• Perform other duties as required
Responsible for administering and tracking the leases of rented properties in a company's portfolio.
• Track the lease of financial transactions, such as rents, sublease payments, renewals, taxes and property expenses.
• Process the leases to make sure all the information is accurate and logged into a database and filed appropriately.
• Overseeing and ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner, and informing responsible personnel of any missing or late payments.
Carefully analyzing each contract to be able to generate am accurate summary of significant data points (critical dates and financials) and critical issues.
• Check the document package if it contains the necessary documents needed for abstraction.
• Review the necessary issues that may hinder the abstraction process.
• Analyze and abstract the specific terms and issues per client's demand.
• Responsible for the updated payment of employee's contributions.
• Submit prepared reports to concerned agencies.
• Prepare clerical works and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain calendars of events and schedules of work-related trips, such as on-site assessment of the programs funded by the Municipal Government.
• Creates and maintains various reports to reflect the effect exerted by the Municipal Government to alleviate its constituents from poverty especially those who are in the marginal areas.
• Prepare and processes disbursement vouchers and invoices.
• Sort mail, filing, faxing, record-keeping and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
