Maintenance planner supports the function of the plant maintenance, material management, services and contracts, turnaround and shutdown. Plant maintenance includes job plans and advance work schedules which needs good technical, analytical, and communication skills. Material Management cover up creation, control and coordinate all maintenance material / services activities through MDRM & SAP in order to improve operational reliability of plants and reduce operating costs during daily activities and shutdowns. Maintenance Planner is responsible for overall development of job packages and execution schedules that will deliver pacesetter turnaround/shutdown performance financially and in EHSS or low/medium and high complexity events. Short & Long term services contract and man-power is also part of maintenance planner basic functions.

Supervise the whole team to meet the following.
• Ensure that planning requirements are met as required by standard.
• Ensure that Production target and export demands are met.
• Performance report, satisfaction of internal and external customers.
• Ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped with necessary skills.
• Inventory Management and Control.
• Ensure effectiveness of internal controls and timely updates of process documentation.
