Seasoned Sr. Cost Estimation Engineer with over 17 years of vast and diversified experience in project development & management, including maintenance. More than 11 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the field of oil & gas, petrochemicals, wastewater treatment, mining, and MEP construction. In addition, 6.6 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer & section head in the field of manufacturing and industrial industry. Proven history of successful execution in complex, multi-faceted, highly competitive environments. Previously working with Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) as Cost Estimation Engineer for Site Projects, Mega Projects, and Global Projects, belong to Global Project Assurance & Center of Excellence (GPACoE) Department.
Great experience on development of cost estimate; process equipment, mechanical & piping, Electrical & instrumentation, Civil, building & infrastructure.
Preparation & Revalidation of Cost Estimate from (CDP ±40% & FEED ±10%).

Cost Estimating Engineer, provide a cost estimating service to business areas and change proposals, through all phases of the project life cycle according to agreed procedures and standards. Maintain a cost engineering database (with necessary documentation to allow quality benchmarking of the estimates) competitiveness of norms, allowances and contingencies. Coordinating with Materials Department or Procurement Department on Getting quotations & Vendor Development. Communications to sub-contractors/Vendors in terms of questions and queries regarding the sub-contractors/vendors scope of works.
Engaged on preparation of cost estimate with ±10% & ±5% accuracy.
Supervising, planning, scheduling, and implementing of all activities in maintenance department. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance progress report and maintenance estimated cost and expenses on both machineries and equipment as part of maintenance program. Conduct In-house trainings and seminars on how to handle and operate the Machineries and Equipment’s for Machine users, Operators, and Production staff. Conduct everyday toolbox meeting to address the concerns of maintenance personnel/crew especially health and safety. Ensure that the daily activities of all machineries and equipment are meet in higher efficiency.
Preparation of estimated material cost in heavy equipment maintenance works and projected preventive maintenance within the whole year. Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities. Ensuring that the planned maintenance work implemented efficiently and effectively in time, in order to support the schedule of pre-casting/cast in place activities as construction in general.
