* Managing and coordinating project work with vendors Engineering Contractor and mechanical contractors through
change management system to resolve and close piping, mechanical, and structural issues.

estimates to contract, coordinate with QA/QC team to initiate nonconformance reports, responsible for all
redline mark-ups to master documents as-builds and quantity tracking.
* Responsible for project piping change management through RFI’S, FCN’S, field sketches, and liaison with Home
Office as required for design / material issues.

* Manage and oversee with hands on approach area piping design leads and designers, ensure design
preparedness for client 3-D Model reviews, mentoring of more junior designers, prepare & review employee
appraisals.
* Provide technical input on constructability, maintainability, and operability and participate in front end Plot Plan
equipment placement, piping design and templating strategy for modular design & construction.
* Reporting to Project manager and engineers for progress updating, develop man hour & manpower loading
requirements, maintaining schedule, attend project meetings, interface with Client engineers/operations and
other engineering discipline leads as required. Writing reports e.g. lessons learned, meeting minutes.
* Provide technical support to the construction management team; resolve all field RFI’S, FCN’S, delegate work to
responsible disciplines and close out all outstanding items.

* My responsibilities included the supervision of piping designers, checking piping drawings, P&ID development
and inter-discipline coordination and squad checking of vendor drawings in the Caracas office.
* Seconded to site as the piping construction coordinator to inspect & ensure the timely completion of all piping
systems, pipelines, also responsible for inspection of all pre and post punch lists for the Hydro test package.
