Responsible for discussing and finalizing with his/her immediate supervisor or manager the design concepts of every project handled.
Prepares complete detailed design drawings for projects handled for tendering documents to be reviewed and approved by the client.
Prepares complete shop drawings packages for projects handled to be submitted to the respective developer and municipality. (Nakheel, Emaar, Green Community for developer submission; DM, Trakhees for municipality submission)
If necessary, also coordinates with the construction department to discuss and finalize every detail for complex designs for project handled.
Prepares quantities for projects handled to be turned over to Quantity Survey department for proper preparation of bill of quantities.
Conducts site inspections for data gathering, site measurements, etc., for proper execution of detailed design, shop drawings and quantities for bill of quantities.
Projects: “Landscpaing in Al Khawaneej Villa”, “Landscaping in Pool side Area in Habtoor Hotel”, “Arabian Ranches, La Avenida 2, Villa 8”, “Arabian Ranches, Al Reem 3, Villa 66”, “Palm Jumeirah, Villa E81”, “Palm Jumeirah, Villa F91”, “The Villa, RG. 022”, “The Villa, RW. 88 & RW. 96”, and other projects.
Conducts site inspections for data gathering prior to the design of project, structures and design of utilities.
Prepares bill of quantities, budgetary cost estimates, technical specifications for every projects.
Responsible for discussing and finalizing with his/her immediate supervisor the design concepts of every projects handled and encoding them using Civil3D and AutoCAD to come up with a complete and final engineering plans.
Responsible for preparation of any additional construction details.
Prepares structural analysis, plans and bill of quantities for various structures related to projects handled.
Conducts site inspections from time to time to check on the implementation of design during construction.
Conducts value engineering works with his/her immediate supervisor.
Projects: “East Bay” (Palawan), “Girin Oasis” (First Cainta, Rizal), “Savannah Fields” (Cavite), “Meridian Place” (Cavite), “The Leaf-Condotel @ Timberland” (Rizal), “Princeton Heights” (Cavite), “Montebello” (Laguna), and other projects.
Prepared detailed design of site grading, lot grading and earthworks computations. Analyzed and designed the road network, water supply and drainage systems, slope protection structures, amenities and other required facilities for the proposed projects.
Prepared revisions on plans deemed by my supervisor, including structural plans and electrical plans.
Evaluated and gave recommendations or detailed plan for requests for design inputs from The Construction Group and Quality Assurance Department.
Coordinated with various department personnel on work schedules and design inputs to meet deadlines.
Conducted site inspections for details of project sites and updates on construction.
