Whole Sale Billing Management System
Facing Alepo customers and helping them reach their business goals through Alepobilling solution. Investigation and analyze customer problems and answer customer queries to ensure that Alepo products and solutions are accomplishing the Customer’s objectives.
Handling operational queries from customer, Total & Partial outages.
Handling tickets for providing end to end resolution of Reported Issues.
Patch testing and implementation on Production Ssystems.
Executing System upgrades, New Integration requirements and Migrations on Live Ssystem.
Writing new Method of Procedures, designing Test Cases for Sanity and Feature Testing.
Application Installations on Physical and Virtual Servers.
Installation/ commissioning and acceptance of Mediate and Charging system
•Responsibility of Handling operational queries from customer
• Responsibility of Handling emergencies and outages
•Ensuring SLAs are met and the queries/Outages are closed within the specified SLAs.
• Responsibility of end to end resolution of the customer issues.
• Responsibility of handling upgrades and updates on Live customer system.
•To write new procedures/Processes and improve the existing ones
