Working in East West Banking Corporation as a Bank Teller enhanced my skills in providing extra- ordinary service interactions with internal and external customers. As one of the front liners of the bank, my responsibility was to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank clients including cashing checks, accepting deposits, withdrawals and money transfers while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. It was also my duty to promote the bank products and services of the company and initiate new clients to open accounts such as current, savings and time deposits accounts.
