India and Pakistan. Natures of regular work & various projects undertaken are as follows:
Regular Monthly Work:
• Recording of Journal Entries raised from In countries after verification.
• Booking of foreign exchange, depreciation and computation of monthly provisions and to ensure
that all cost is booked for the period.
• Monthly Sales booking relating to Project Division.
• Preparing of BRS of India & Pakistan.
• Issuing and booking of Debit Notes to Group Companies & follow up with Counter Party for
collection.
Projects for 2014:
• Enhancing System for Increasing Auto Knock off of Bank Transactions in order to make BRS
Automatic for India, Pakistan & Philippines.
• Early Closing of all monthly related Task by 1 Day for India & Pakistan.
• Inter company reconciliation for all group related companies of India, Pakistan & Philippines
