Carry out pre-delivery inspection, basic services and repairs of Toyota Material Handling Equipment (TMHE)
Assembly, preventive maintenance, repair and modification of TMHEs
Troubleshoot any issues that affects the products’ performance
Investigate the root cause of problems and rectify them
Develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problems
Gives training to customers on the machines’ operation and its maintenance
Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on client’s Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (Jungheinrich; Artix), and various warehouse equipment such as vertical storage machine (Vertimag, Bertello; Sencorpwhite; Silo, Icam; Cleveron 402), conveyor system (FBA), material lift (Gebhardt; Vinca; Edmolift), mobile rack (Moveel; Kredit), strapping machine, pallet wrapping machine (Siat), manlift (Faraone; Noblelift), dock leveller, sectional door (Campiza) etc.
Install, commission, repair and modification of MHE and warehouse equipment
Troubleshooting of any issues which are affecting the products’ performance
Investigate the root cause of problems and rectify them
Develop preventive measures to prevent recurrence of problems
Gives training to customers on the products’ operation and how to maintain it
Ensure meeting of timing commitments
Designing, installing, testing and commissioning of electrical wiring of automation system
Attending coordination meeting with the engineering team for the projects
Conducting site inspection to make sure that the project plan is feasible and provides corrective measures if needed
Arranging all materials and equipment required on site
Troubleshooting of problems affecting the performance of the system
Identifying problem in projects and make recommendations on rectifying them
Technical advices, consultancies and after sales repair and maintenance
Monitoring and checking building status
Evaluating required building’s maintenance and ensures compliance from authorities
Assessing all service reports submitted by contractors
Checking the issues and rectification works to be done in the building
Analyzing the annual maintenance contract prior to signing of both parties
Checking the quality of maintenance works of the contractors
Supervising and scheduling of maintenance schedule and rectification works
Arranging the materials/equipment needed for maintenance
Preparing any required drawings for renovation
Ensures all works will be completed without affecting the building’s operation
Filing and storing all document for future reference
Checking of proposed drawings from consultant
Coordinating and checking of tender documents
Compiling proposals from contractors and present for the awarding of project
Arranging all materials and equipment as required in the site
Attending and arranging coordination meeting for the project
Attending site inspection to verify that all works were as planned and scheduled
Preparing progress reports and cross-check to the report of the main contractor
Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and others
Preparing and assessing the payments to be released to contractors
Coordinating to authorities if required
Supervising site works and evaluating site issues, then provide solutions
