In my 9 years experience in Hard Rock Cafe i started as a sales associate for 2 years, then i move my self to be a receptionist for 2 years also, then i got 3 years bartender. the rest of the year i work as a waiter (customer service). our goal in this company is to give to the guest a hundred percent satisfaction all the time.
