•Greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
•Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately
•Prepares Subway products to standards. Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
•Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
•Performs Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift. Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines. Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
•Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
•Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
•Provide concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner
•Handles Customer Queries and Concern
•Sell/Offers credit card program
•Encodes data gathered from the surveys done and ensures and validate data encoded for accurate analysis
•Responsible for the collection of data needed to monitor performance of REBISCO products and its competitors
•Encodes and Maintains records and files as well as filing, organization and recording of in/out/new patients of the
hospital
•Processes health cards of patients with HMO cards
•Takes orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clears tables during service.
•Set up station and table to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
•Keep abreast of products and services in order to answer customer’s questions and requests. Answers all questions / request in a friendly and caring manner, takes appropriate actions or if needed, refers the matter to the relevant persons to handle.
•Ensures that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
