• Responsible for daily backup and Pooling of Attendance by Telephone/TCPIP
• Responsible for monthly process of attendance for payroll
• Responsible for access card creation and enrollment to all biometric access door

• Answer IT request and emails pertaining to user’s computer problems

• Explain the role of network applications and equipment to the end users

• Working in GL(General Ledger, Oracle base), CTMS (Common Table Management System, Oracle base) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System Oracle base)
• Data manipulation SQL command using TOAD
• Report Generation SQL command using Query Reporter
• Working in PMS(Payroll Management System, FoxBASE), PMS maintenance (updating, inserting, deleting of data, also creating and modification of tables)
• Troubleshoot PMS (FoxBASE)
• Querying of data using SQL and FoxBASE commands in FoxPro
• Modifications and Creating modules PRGs (PMS, FoxBASE)
• Modifications and Creating reports PRNs / FRXs (PMS, FoxBASE)
• Backup files for all franchise (PMS, FoxBASE)
• Synchronization of files for bank transmittals (PMS, FoxBASE)
• Installation of Wireless and Lan Cables for networking
• Technical Support to all employee such as: Computer, Mouse and keyboard, printer and all IT equipments malfunction
