WARRANTY OFFICER
Responsible for general warranty claims processing and documentation follow up and monitoring of all warranty claims submitted.
Administration of warranty store
Ensuring the returns of all requested parts and documentation to vehicle manufacturer is clearly marked and packaged in accordance with manufacturer's standards.
Preparing of warranty jobs and related documents of processing
Checking all data and information, using the computerized systems of warranty claims processing
Ensuring that warranty claims are submitted on time
Preparing standard/status report of all warranty claims e.g. processed, submitted, settled, pending cancelled and revised to be submitted to the Technical Manager.
Monitoring of all unsettled warranty claims and taking necessary actions.
Maintaining an up to date file of all warranty claim documents.
Labeling warranty parts for proper storage in warranty locker and ensuring all documentation is traceable.
Keeping warranty locker clean and tidy and parts properly stored for easy access for inspection.
Assist receptionist in proper applications of warranty.
Monitor changes in manufacturer and inform all responsible parties.

CLAIMS ENGINEER
To deal with any motor claim in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining cost control.
Process the claims as per the terms and conditions.
Minimize the cost of repairs.
Filing of authorized claims in a file for each dealer separately.
Filing of rejected claims in a file per month.
Update the information of the claims on the system.
Conduct trainings on claims submitting process.
Print the Claim status for each dealer at the end of each month and follow up.
Visit each and every workshop in the territory, and see if everything is going fine and smooth.
Collecting of invoices and passing it for payment after verifying everything is inline.
