Emirates Catering Services (ECS), is a HACCP & ISO 9001 certified company, is one of the largest and 25 years old established industrial catering company in the United Arab Emirates and has an excellent reputation for delivering delicious meals & outstanding personalized catering services since its inception. ECS has grown by leaps & bounds and is ranked as the best catering specialist which produces more than 45, 000 meals per day.
My responsibilities also include handling management, and operations of 3 large central kitchens and over 25 large clients’ sites in UAE.
Currently Emirates catering employs over 200 employees under their umbrella in various sites.
Landmark Hotels & Suites is a part of the Dubai-based Landmark Zenath Group, a 20-year-old company with interests in hospitality, restaurants, real estate, construction, trading, and media throughout the Middle East and beyond. Our restaurants division, LMZ Cuisines, operates and manages several food services brands in the Middle East, including Sangeetha, Ponnusamy, and Tapa King.
Currently Landmark Hotels and Suits operates 6 hotels in UAE, 2 hotels in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, one hotel in South India and two huge properties under construction in Dubai.
My responsibilities also include handling management, and operations of groups Restaurant Division with 5 food and Beverage franchised concepts and over 14 outlets in Middle East and India and 5 supermarket Bakery outlets, that includes.
• Select Hypermarkets - 6 outlets
• Tapa King - 4 Franchised Outlets in UAE
• Sangeetha restaurant - South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant chain. 8 standalone locations in UAE and one outlet in Qatar.
• Ponnusamy - South Indian Chettinad cuisine from Chennai India. One outlet in Dubai
• Big Daddy's New York - Casual diner and burger concept from New York.
• Dagat Dagatan- Seafood restaurant in Landmark Summit Hotel.
• Gerry’s Grill - One franchised outlet in Landmark Riqqa Hotel.

• Saravana Bhavan - Popular South Indian vegetarian restaurant chain from Chennai, that operates 10 outlets in UAE
