• General Discipline Works - Preparing Production Preliminary Design to Detail Design drawings Issued for Submission to Client / Owner. Setting Up Revit Central file, prepare necessary standard elements, annotations and Libraries to be use. Making coordination and clash resolving with other disciplines, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical. Making Standard View Templates, Filters and manipulation in Revit,
• Architectural Works- Modelling Basic walls, Curtain Walls, Windows, Doors, Floors, Ceilings, Roofs, Furniture, Staircase, Railings, Access Ladders, Parametric Generic models, shared parameters, Etc.
Preparing Site Development Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Floor Finishes, Schedule of Finishes, Staircase Details & Sections, Detailed Wall Sections, Miscellaneous details and other necessary detailed drawings
• Landscape Works- Preparing Landscape drawings, making Paving Lay-outs, Trees & Shrubs Layout, Planter Box and Decorative Pots /accessories Details, Swimming Pool Layout & details, Park’s Playground and other Landscape drawing works.
• Interior Design Works- Preparing Detail Design Drawings for Interior Design (Fit Out), making detailed plans, Internal Elevation and sections, material tagging and other drawing works.
• Structural Works- Preparing Structural detail drawings, Layout of foundation footings, columns, beams, floor slabs, roof and other drawing works.
