Manage daily reports and sees to it that all prepared reports are accurate.
Responsible for doing statistical report for all projects.
Responsible for doing monthly reports.
Answering phone calls and assist’s clients.
Maintains documents archives using database management system (Operating Management System) for document queries.
Provides routine retrieval, copying, stamping, and distribution of related documents to functional areas as required.
Maintains procedures for maintaining documents and change control of documents.
Complies and maintain control records to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Testing and Checking the output products of the machines.
Calibrating our machines used for testing.
Responsible in making decisions in our department in the absence of our team leader.
Inspects the quality of our products.
Responsible to train new employee/member of the company.
Responsible for assembling of computers, installing of software and troubleshooting.
Make a home service of our costumers to install internet connections and repairing of computers.
Regular check up of External and internal connection of the computers in the network system.
Updating of Antivirus and Printer maintenance.
