 Manage and prepare the consolidated financial statements of the Group in a timely and accurate manner.
 Ensure that all documentation complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as with company standards and regulations
 Oversee the daily finance operations, approve payments as per authority matrix and monitor the effectiveness of the closing process
 Review and ensure that monthly financial statements are prepared accurately and within Company reporting standards
 Assist & coordinate the budget preparation and ensure that it is presented to the executive committee in a timely manner
 Establish and implement short and long-term divisional goals, objectives, and enforces policies and operating procedures at corporate and at the business units
 Continually review and improve current disclosures by monitoring current trends within the industry and IFRS reporting guidelines
 Follow-up on specific questions or items of concern resulting from the review of financial reports
 Work with internal and external auditors (including government auditors) during periodic reviews as well as audit missions.
 Coordinate with the Group’s legal and concerned divisions to solve pending issues
 Ensure that proper cost accounting principles and standard rates are being applied.

 Control & monitor financial & operational periodical reporting (Profit & Loss statements, Product contribution, Cost per nature etc)
 Coordinate the preparation of the affiliate yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting process and long range financial planning
 Coordinate the preparation and analysis of presentations for zone & corporate management business reviews.
 Analyse and comment variances for sales, headcount and P&L for Corporate Headquarter.
 Monitor and Control the issuance of periodic internal and external reporting related to Sales, Pricing, profitability and product contribution.
 Direct and supervise the pricing process with local and zone management through predefined tools in coordination with Marketing and Regulatory and legal departments.
 Operate on SAP software to monitor local agents current account and affiliate Expenses and revenues.
 Ensure proper management and leadership for the controlling department by giving clear guidance and motivation and ensuring team members proper training and skills development to achieve performance criteria, also pave the way for their growth & promotion and ensure adequate succession cover.
 Prepare capital expansion & investment projects studies.
 Preparing specific studies & responding to financial inquiries requested by Local management committee and Paris Head office.
 Project manager for IT-Finance reporting automation.

 Operate on S.A.P. software (Systems, Application, products in Data processing).
 Control & monitor financial & technical reporting (Income statements, Balance sheets, Cash Flow, Ratios etc) of all legal entities of the group.
 Prepare the group consolidated financial statements.
 Prepare, analyse & interpret company results & financial performance, through monthly presentations to local executive committee, to support management in decision making.
 Responsible for keeping local accounting, reporting, financial statements in compliance with IFRS and the Holcim accounting & financial reporting rules according to the manual and to the latest developments in International Accounting Standards, Corporate Finance and performance measurement and management.
 Prepare and coordinate the process of: the forecast, the yearly budget, the financial planning for all group companies.
 Coordinate the conception and preparation of Financial Projections based on BUSINESS PLAN for the companies.
 Prepare studies and necessary analysis for specific projects, evaluate the economic feasibility of investment projects which require Executive Committee approval.
 Supervise the reporting activities of Bogaz Endustri ve Madencilik Ltd Cyprus and train the local financial responsible.
 Participate as auditor in the HARP sustainability review of Holcim (Schweiz) AG Zurich.
 Responsible for conception, implementation and training of SAP (FI/CO/AA/ECCS) European Business Model clustering project for Holcim Morocco Lebanon. (Country key user and Month End Closing Coordinator for Lebanon)
 Responsible for reviewing, renewing systems & procedures and propose improvements in all the companies of the group.
 Responsible for Applying ISO 9000 in the Financial, Administrative & Information Technology departments.
 ISO 9000 certified internal quality auditor.
 ISO 14001 certified internal environmental auditor
 OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety certified auditor

 Journal and closing accounting vouchers.
