As a writer and producer at Odios Productions, a company primarily engaged in the production of documentaries, television shows and advertisements, my roles have included the following:
Managing the process of conceptualization and creation of television programs according to client needs.
Overseeing research for production of new television shows, preparing reports on research and to ensure that the information is correct and devoid of errors, overseeing the process of script writing and to ensure that the scripts are written in accordance with the standards set by the clients and previewing edited works and to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications of clients.
At the end of the course, I achieved a Bachelors Degree in Education with majors in English and History. During this time, I participated in the Celtel Africa Challenge, a competition pitting university students from across Africa in a general knowledge contest. As the captain of my university's team of four students, I led my team to the finals where we lost. I was also recognized by the university for my work in creating awareness about HIV/A.I.D.S. among the students and the people living in and around the the university.
