*Handles Visual Merchandising of Speedo Brand in all Stadium stores in U.A.E. and distribution customers.(4 stores in Atlantis the Palm, assigned in Modell’s, Decathlon, Sun and Sand, etc.)
*Travelling regularly in Saudi for merchandising Reebok and Speedo brand of Distribution
customers.
*Sourcing and identifying display material or making props.
*Creating special displays to promote a specific product or offer.
*Assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store.
*Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
*Merchandising and teaching sales staff how goods should be displayed.
*Coordinating with the suppliers and contractors when it comes to displays promotions.
*Provide up to date, consistently changing store visual display within the specific guidelines.
*Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes.
*Installing stickers, danglers, posters, pop-up stand and other design materials for the shop floor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet, address and thank customers during business transaction.
Responsible in handling receipts for petty cash reimbursement.
Receive stocks and reports any discrepancy upon product delivery.
Receive payments in cash, automated debit, credit cards and vouchers.
Provide training on product knowledge to newly joined staff in the shop.
Maintain and update longtime relationship with customers with upcoming events,
promotions and sale.
Analyze complex customer’s issues and complaints for clarifications and suggest
corrective actions/solutions.
Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and
business performance.
Keep constant communication with other branches to provide customers convenient
shopping experience.
Listen and understand customers with their needs/wants to provide outstanding
customer service and improve business performance.
Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
(Total of 4 yrs. experience when promoted.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
Trained new staff on the use of collection software.
Updating customer’s data into the collection system.
Process customer’s requests within customer turnaround time.
Provide administrative support required by the team/ department.
Follow up on customer leads and convert to probable collection schedule.
Prepare accounts endorsements to motorized collectors for skip tracing and collection
follow up.
Perform collections efforts through call outs and telegram, record collection efforts
made for each account.
Initiate accounts maintenance by preparing and recording request for reversals,
payment transfers, card reactivation, and blocking and updating customer’s
