I am in-charge in cell care, monitoring the status ot the pot like unstable voltage, noisy pot, sick pot & other problems of the pot.I am responsible also how to manage the planning of the schedule job, handovering & takeover of the preshift schedule job.Checking all damage shields, materials on the breaker, feeder/breaker lock, attending anode effect announcement, quenching anode effect and finding the cause of it.attending noise control and resistance control, probe all the rod of the anode and verify what is the high current which unit is in millivolt.cd probing with in 8hours&24hours.All high current or above the limit will be raised.During second idle schedule, I am responsible to do rodding to get the metal and bath height., above the limit of the bath height is undergo into bath tapping and I am assisting the bath tapper for that action.monitoring the problems of the pot from time to time, any problem occured.During first idle w/c is before tapping, I am assisting the technician in getting the metal and bath height.I update all the details into the board and all the metyal and bath height above the limit are subject for action.During setting schedule, I am responsible to relieve both utility operator and assistant cell oprator to take their break, , and I am attending also the announcement from time to time and make action for it.monitoring the unstability, noisy pot and other problem arises.
I am responsible in assurance ot the product before supplying to the customer .I am maintaining the standard requirement of the customer in order to fulfill their standard level pertaining to the quality of the product.I am in-charge for the inspection of the product incoming from the assembly department.I am checking all the problems in the product and control to stop the production if there is any problem encountered from time to time, .communication between Quality inspector and line leader is important..Inform the supervisor if there is any critical and major problems encountered.Perform the task given by the supervisor.I am assuring also all the products ready to pack are 100%guaranteed w/ high level of quality expected.All critical and major problems are subject to rework in order to assure the high definition of the quality.Complain of the customer will be affected our performance.
