* Creating AutoCAD Plan & Elevation Layout with 3D option for Kitchen &/ or Home Furniture.
* Communicating, assisting Clients and presenting variety products offered by the company.
*Interacting with the Store Manager and Factory Manager regarding the clients order.
-IT In-Charge-
*Creating network connections for each departments & installation of all computer stations including hardware accessories required.
*Providing computer assistance to all personnel of the group of companies.
*Doing maintenance of computer & software requirements.
*Proposing ideas to the management in such a way company can reduce expenses.
*Providing reports to the Administration department.
Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, LAN (Local Area Network) infrastructure, Internet connection and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware, pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations.
Installs Operating System, Anti - virus and anti - spy ware on each computers. I also handled installation of computer programs needed by the customers (such as Ms Office applications, Photoshop, PDF files and other programs use for Chatting Online.
Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, email, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
Acts as technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data
Makes hardware and software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and providing justification for equipment and services.
Operates the server computer
Operation and fixing of minor copier and fax machine problems.
Selling of office supplies.
Assisting customers
Helps in computing daily income and checking inventory
Responsible in assembling and installation of operating system on newly bought desktop computers.
Responsible in repairing and upgrading of desktop computers.
Handles customers personal and phone inquiry regarding the repair and/or upgrade of their computers
Operates the server computer
Sets-up computer LAN connection.
Manage customer Reservations
Assist the Customers.
Troubleshooting of computers.
Installs Anti-virus and Anti-spy ware on each computer.
