Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Prioritizing workloads.
Ensure the office are kept clean. Making tea and coffee for the guests and executives.
Generate tenders and pre-qualification documents.
Preparing of LPO and Quotations.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports.
Develop and maintain a filling system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with the executive to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Support negotiation of contractual agreements with suppliers to make sure service, quality, added value, lowest total cost, deliveries, warranties, security of supply as well as the development of the suppliers capabilities are maintained.
Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers. Request and arrange the necessary submittals of material and sample catalogs.
Greet customers as they enter the dealership service center.
Receive customers at the reception for queuing number for service.
Prepare key tags for checklist of unit.
Check if service area is clean at all times.
Answering customers’ quires in a courteous and professional manner.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or person and notifies the appropriate personnel that customer is waiting.
Receiving of release papers (gate pass) of customers and give to the driver to assist and release vehicle.
Assist all types of customers (warranty, insurance, sales, and inquiries)
Maintain CSI or above company standard.
Handled and managed the checklister and car jockey in the company.
Assisting customers to reload RFID card.
Report total units received, list of back outs etc. (daily, monthly and annually)
Checking and Ensuring the service department safety stock at all times.
Sells PLDT products and services to
existing/prospective customers within the
assigned area.
• Ensures high level of customer
satisfaction by maintaining good customer
relations.
• Providing of immediate feedback to clients
regarding status of existing and new
requests.
• Prepares and submits
daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
• To hit daily target/monthly target/yearly
target.
Place phone calls to potential clients from
our computerized directory.
• Answer potential clients’ questions about
upcoming event of launching a product.
• Refer customer complaints and major
inquires to supervisor for quality control.
• Communicate respectfully and politely with
potential customers at all times.
• Encode daily the information from the calling
card to computer.
