Operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment’s
(SAHU, EAHU, AHU, FCU, VAV & ECV, NPF, SPF, SEF, HEF, KEF, pumps and Split A/C)
•Attend daily toolbox talk for proper turn-over

(Isolation rooms, clinical laboratory & Operating rooms)
•Guide the assistant technician’s

•Report to supervisor any abnormalities/malfunction for immediate rectification
•Handle the mainspring

•Monitoring of centrifugal chillers
•Conduct Plan Preventive Maintenance
•Monitoring of all HVAC parameters
•Encode the data gathered during monitoring and analyze the graph trend for any abnormalities
•Attend complaints related to HVAC
•Daily monitoring of Power Sub-station for energy consumption
•Ensure that the temperature and humidity of cleanrooms are within the range every time
