Leads the Netaq development team for all software development projects using the .NET and open source development stacks, Responsive web frameworks, and Mobile Application development (Android & iOS).
Deeply involved in Netaq's pre-sales development and documentation (proposals and tender response documents) which includes initial business and systems analysis and project management initiation steps.
Maintains the development team's project schedules and allocation using Agile methodologies (daily stand ups, iteration planning and scheduling, developer improvement, consultation, and coaching).
Netaq has a diverse portfolio ranging from developing IT application solutions to government entities such as Oil & Gas companies and Federal Government branches to strategic SMEs who are in need of quality solutions for their needs and requirements.

Worked for both private and government projects using ASP.NET and C# for web development a mix of Monodroid and JAVA for Android during Android development.
Core Roles/Skills: Website and systems development (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), maintenance and monitoring of the company’s web server (MS Server 2007 and MS SQL SERVER 2008).
St. Francis Group of Companies owns the St. Francis Square Mall, several premier condotels in the Makati and Ortigas area, the Caliraya Resort Club in Laguna, and the Makati Hope Christian School in Makati. I work in the IT department with a small core group of programmers and analysts and I’m responsible for creating web solutions and maintaining the web server of St. Francis Group of Companies. The majority of my time is spent improving all aspects of the company’s corporate websites.
I upgraded the makatihope.edu.ph overall layout and content management system from Joomla to a fully customizable content management system using ASP.NET MVC3. I also maintain and provide support for the company’s purchasing system, company clinic patient record website, the Caliraya Resorts Club reservation system and the St. Francis Mall tenancy management system.
Core Roles/Skills: Administration and maintenance of the website as well as managing a team of writers. I handled the website’s search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing.
The Daily Inquirer is a self-hosted news magazine website I created using Wordpress (a PHP-based content management system) and a custom HTML/CSS layout with several jQuery plugins. I configured the website from ground up (custom domain setup to web hosting management using BlueHost). I also managed the team of writers responsible of the website copywriting and editing.
At its peak, The Daily Inquirer achieved an Alexa ranking of 42k+ and Google PageRank of 4 in less than a year.

Fujitsu Ten Solutions Philippines Inc. (FTSP) is a multinational company that manufactures and sells audio-visual products and automotive electronics and its embedded software. I worked with a large team of programmers who specialize in office productivity systems and the Enterprise Resource Planning system for the Fujitsu Ten factories worldwide.
I designed, coded, and deployed the Facilities and Maintenance Request system for Fujitsu Ten's Laguna-based factory coded using Magic 8.4. I participated in the requirements analysis and development of FTSP's Project Management System (PMS) which was coded PHP, CodeIgniter, and jQuery. I also completed an internal online survey website using the WordPress engine as well as the timekeeping system used by FTSP’s HR department as quality improvement projects for FTSP.
Core Roles/Skills: Handled the Flash and .NET integration and distribution of TechFactors’ educational suite.
TechFactors Inc. is a small company specializing in educational software for children. I handled the integration of the raw Flash games created by my team to an executable file using VB.NET and distribution of the software using NSIS installer scripting.
