• Participated in the panel in preparing skill sets and conducting interviews for recruitment of Key personnel.

• Working on Automation in the HRMS system of my company as well as the clients assigned to me.

• Preparation of Project Analysis as per the Client requirement, analyzing the Business requirement and to remain involved in the life cycle of the project starting from Requirement analysis till Support.

• Preparation of Gap analysis of the client needs in the HR system and highlight areas of improvement for efficiency along with coordinating with development department.

• Providing onsite training to HR Department and continually seeking opportunities to strengthen client relationship through customer delight, provide outstanding service, and contribute in successful completion of projects entrusted with.
