• Overall company representative, Liaises with the Superintendent’s Representative, implements the contract, submit reports of site work, prepares statistics regarding expenditures, material usage, contractor’s manpower data, and bill of materials, or any special task/study that may be requested by Superintendent’s Representative.

• Maintenance works for 687 KOC residential houses at South, Mid and West Ahmadi:
• Renovation of Houses, Demolition of Houses, Painting works, Ceiling, Concrete & Ceramic tiles
• Installation of Sandwich panel roofs, Steel sheet roofs, Concrete slab roofs, and Waterproofing.
• Laying Drain lines, Water lines and Plumbing works.
• Construction of concrete and steel fences, Car Shelters, Aluminum works, Doors and Windows.
• Repaired and painted roofs at North, South, Mid and West Ahmadi
• Renovation of brick and steel fence at White House North Ahmadi
• Renovation of Kuwait Little Theater at KOC Ahmadi

• Liaises with KOC Engineers, Supervisors, Facility Users and other discipline required to assure the proper execution of work.
• Supervises daily maintenance activities and Site Construction works, implements the contract, and prepares report, schedule using MS Project, work progress, cost estimates and material requisitions.
• Prepares detailed drawings needed by taking actual observation and measurement at site.
• Ensure strict implementation of KOC HSEMS procedures and KOC functional procedures.
• Prepares expenditures, manpower data, and bill of materials, Maintain good inventory control, In charge of invoicing every end of the month.
• Supervises site work, makes sure that materials, equipment and tools are properly provided and distributes manpower to specific work locations.
• Receives and approves materials and equipment on site, signs all receipts and delivery notes and ensures the correctness of payments made for final account settlement.
• Capable of group communication and coordination with all concerned people and ensure that all works are complying with company safety standards.
• In charge of various Building construction, Maintenance works, Finishing, MEP works, land development, and telecommunication projects at Kuwait.
• Reviews tender documents, attends site surveys, bid meetings, maintains reports, seeks quotations from sub-contractors and present it to the management for approval.
• In charge of the projects quantity surveying; prepares costing and quantity estimates, list of materials, labor and equipment using MS Excel.
• In charge of finding, ordering, quoting, and logistics of all materials, labor and equipment.
• Handles site inspection, site safety, testing activities, and quality control of the project.
• Drafts plans and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Reads engineering plans, develops modifications up to achieving the final approved design and ensure that work at site is according to the approved drawing plans.
• Prepares, monitor and update projects schedule using MS Project.
• Presents at meetings during the start and at the handover of projects using MS PowerPoint.
• Compiles and rectify snag lists; In charge of handing over completed projects to the client.

•Supervised the land development and Asphalting of the 4 hectares Buss, Passenger & Cargo Holding Area of the US Air Force at Abdullah Al-Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait.
