Coordinate commercial and technical consulting with clients to execute assigned projects. Ensure standard lux levels, uniformity, glare ratings and communication protocols are maintained throughout the project and convey the technical proposal to the client. Work with Design, Purchase, Production, Installation and Technical team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Adapt new technologies and systems in the market to transform the efficiency levels above industry standards. Stay updated with new products and technologies in Automation, GRMS, Surveillance & Access Control for a wider scope of business. Act as primary client contact for all inquiries and concerns. Monitor and inspect work
progress on-site and take corrective measure to ensure smooth project flow.
Conduct Site visits and meetings to win projects on behalf of the company. Discuss and clarify project requirements with contractors and consultants. Monitor project estimation and verify material costing with suppliers. Provide assistance to technical team as and when required. Monitor office administration, operation and documentation of the project. Archive all technical specifications and approvals with regard to completed projects. Conduct and co-ordinate technical meets
with clients and sub contractors. Provide operational support to clients and assistance to technical team as and when required. Adhere to company’s engineering guidelines and standards. Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for marketing and sales.
Assist general operations and handle Customer interaction in India, UAE and Qatar. Follow up project progress from initial meet to final sign off. Oversee installation requirements of Solar Grid - connected systems, photo voltaic backup systems and LED
lighting. Develop newly conceived parallel business lines including Events, Media Productions and Interior Design. Report work progress and ensure that quality standards are followed throughout the process. Implement a systematic plan of action for better customer experience. Synchronize marketing
strategies and events in multiple formats to meet requirements across new media. Monitor design approval and movement of external communication documents such as brochures, flyers and product catalogues.

Check content based on Shared Service data pool for consistency, comprehensibility, readability and make communication lucid and spot-on. Authenticate facts and statistics, using standard EY reference sources. Work in close co-ordination with UK & Ireland Clients to monitor production quality for content and design on projects taken up off-shore. Conduct detailed evaluation post production to document errors. Update and archive design protocols for EY templates and publication formats.
Follow up and track case renewals as per functional
requirements from region to region. Co-ordinate projects within the network, locally and internationally to deliver integrated output. Conduct audit for various cases types on a global scenario and track progress. Administrative support of software used by Fragomen for Global operations, verification and authorization of user rights. Frame progressive business practices including optimized service delivery model, quality management and resource utilization. Provide feedback and training to Shared Services group that deliver internal technology and back office support.
Technical support for McAfee Antivirus software.
Provide voice and remote desktop assistance for McAfee users across Europe, Middle East & Africa to recover and
secure their electronic communication devices in case of
virus attack, clash during third party software updates,
adherence issues with corporate functional protocols and
network security by ensuring excellence in service delivery 24x7.
Monitor end to end management of multiple projects from
conceptualization to technology mapping. Manage and
follow up client requirements to provide resolution
within TAT. Maintain and update service records. Identify and direct errors to technical staff and implement process
improvement initiatives.
