I am responsible for delivering asset strategy and management. I developed a high performing team and strategic aspects of the asset investment strategy.

My main objective is to efficiently plan, manage, and optimise the housing stock of SBHG. This involves analysing the condition, value, and performance of properties, as well as developing policies for flood plans, EV charging and aids & adaptations. My goal is to ensure the sustainability of the properties and maximise their social and financial returns.

I implement a zero-carbon strategy to meet EPC C standards by 2030 and developed a streamlined process for asset disposal. I work closely with the procurement team to setup major works contracts and direct awards. I collaborate with the finance team to gain budget successfully. I reviewed the asset team structure, recruited team members, and provide guidance.
