Being the Designer of the company, I designed furniture for the 2019 catalog which we displayed during the Philippine International Furniture Show last March 2019. The company is not only doing export but also local projects, which I manage.
● I research and develop new designs, using existing materials such as wood veneers and solid wood, and I research possible materials to incorporate to our future items.
● As a project coordinator, I manage several personnel in the PRD department: foreman, color technicians and upholsterer, to oversee the progress of the items, and discuss developments for clients and coordinating 10 projects at a time.
● Give instructions to the CAD team on which materials to use to be efficient in producing drawings for production.
● Monitor the progress of all local custom projects by creating a progress report sheet, emailing to respective supervisors to make things easier to discuss during the meeting.
● I bring new clients to the company through my connections in the design community and producing big projects from realty developers.
● I coordinate with all suppliers and contractors in order to deliver the items on time and ahead of schedule.

As an Account Executive, I introduced products to our clients and design firms. It was my responsibility to give them information about Dada Kitchen and Gaggenau appliances. Designing kitchens was one of my duties, but closing accounts to produce sales was my top most goal.
● Four months into being hired, I closed the first account for the company in its first year of operation, giving it a head start with its competitors in the high end kitchen market.
● Closing another three accounts in my 2 years in the company, I achieved the quota set by the management increasing the company’s profitability within 2 years.
● Being a pioneer employee and having closed more accounts, I train new hired employees to give them an idea on the scope of work in the company.
