Manage Insurance and Reinsurance software product CIRIS (Computerized Insurance and Reinsurance Information System), starting from the communication with customers, the implementation of the product, renewal of maintenance contracts with them, meet their requests through the usual, ending with the management of development procedure.
- Manage contacts with clients inside Lebanon and abroad (Arab countries, Cyprus, USA and others) about the projects (manage software implementation, Study clients request, estimate the cost and durations, provide deliveries of accomplished tasks, follow the acceptance and billing of delivered products)
- Monitor application functions, propose and manage changing in software design in order to enhance application thoroughness and veracity.
- Manage the distribution and priorities of tasks with the development team by preparing and updating progress reports, explain the requests, test the results, audit the quality and time costing of the issued tasks and insure all points related to quality assurance.
- Monitor Oracle10g web application server for all class of insurance used by clients.
- Monitor Oracle10g database and provide advices to clients about the database status such as data files capacity, rollback segments spaces and others.
- Management of Q.A. (Quality Assurance): Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice, validating processes and providing documentation.
Manage and lead the development team of CIRIS (Computerized Insurance and Reinsurance Information System), working on Oracle developer forms and reports 10g and Oracle database 11g.
- Provide all needed technical support to the team ( SQL, Forms and reports, Database packages and procedures and all other database administration, to accomplish tasks and requirements.
- Validate and approve analysis prepared by the analyst to assure the quality and assign it to the developers.
- Conduct data analyses using data in the system.
- Do final testing for developed tasks and check database modifications performance.
- Setup, configure and monitor Oracle10g web application server for all class of insurance systems.
- Prepare and follow business plan to design, analyze and develop tasks related to medical insurance and service provider information system working on Oracle 6i forms and reports and Oracle database 10g.
- Follow the progress of projects, Assign tasks and provide technical assistance to programming team.
- Monitor the performance of the database, maintain and tune the database entities and elements.
- Coordinating programming projects with the work of other team.
- Analyze and develop all System requirements provided from the head of departments, related to HIMS (Health Information Medical System) medical insurance and service provider information system working on Oracle 6i forms and reports and Oracle database 10g.
- Conduct data analyses using data in the system, and insure the best database programming such as creation or modification of tables, creation of relationships and creation of functions, procedures and packages on the database.

- Handling all Problems related to the claim module of HIMS (Health Information Management System) such as Database problems (functions Procedures Packages ) & Forms related Problems.
- Monitor the database performance.
