Responsible for designing, building, implementing and managing servers on premises and on Azure Cloud of different operating systems, such as Windows, macOS or Linux, including fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability.
The job role also consists on installing, configuring and diagnosing both
internal and third-party applications.
- Granting access rights to application and objects.
- Helping in developing automated scripts for performing application data
backups.
- Responsible in backup and restoring users’ data and database rar files.
- Supporting technologies, such as Active Directory, DFS, Terminal Servers,
VMWare, Hyper V, Internet Information Server, System Center Operations
Manager (SCOM), and file server migrations.
- Managing servers and ensuring 100% uptime.
- Monitoring and managing system resources, including CPU usage, disk
usage, tape backup systems, and response time to maintain efficiency.
- Monitoring system updates, logs, and activity on all servers and devices.
- Participating in disaster recovery Implementation and testing.
- Coordinating with development team to schedule releases of software
updates and dispatching objects and files to the application servers and to
disaster recovery site.
- Monitoring the software application, analyzing and documenting installation,
network and configuration problems.
- Working closely with network admin and application architect, analyst and
support staff to ensure proper setup. - Providing clear documentation of the implemented procedures.
- Ensures teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements throughout any assigned project.
- Guides the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
- Provides direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
- Takes initiative on decision making and solving technical problems to provide an efficient environment for any assigned project implementation
- Identifying resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
- Providing technical training to teams when required and serves as a technical mentor to team members
Management Responsibilities enclose the following:
- Ensures standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
- Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
- Project scheduling and resource management
- Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
- Preparing presentations on project status,
- Preparing and presenting monthly and annual reports to senior management
- Meeting with client teams and gather requirements, conducting regular team meetings and tracking project progress
- Interviewing candidates and hiring resources
- Conducting performance reviews of team members and identifying areas of improvement; giving feedback and recommending promotions or salary increments
- Estimating project budgets, coordinating with the finance department on financial issues and setting plans for acquisition of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way
- Providing an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensuring objectives are met within stipulated time
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the center service of:
Multilane - Nokia (50 engineers till now )
Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned below, my tasks expanded to include the following:
- Handling customer complaints and maintain good customer relationship.
- Setting-up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
- Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
- Follow up on services provided and ensure that issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
Study and implement network infrastructure including:
Windows Server(2000-2008), Active Directory, Group policy management, Exchange Sever(2000-2010). ISA Server(2000-2010), Replication, Clustering, etc.….
Cisco ASA, Netasq UTM, Cisco UC500, FortiGate Appliances, Barracuda Networks, Switches and Vlans etc..
SAN storage, Acronis Backup solutions, Arcserv Backup system, Symantec Netbackup.
Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure.
Server antivirus protections :Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Symantec Endpoint, etc…
The appropriate level of security protection to manage the Information system .
Disaster recovery plans, VPN. Remote Access systems.
Create a robust IT architectures and infrastructures and get high performance technical solution to meet challenging business needs.
Provide leadership as head of Coorporate Engineers .
Trouble shoot IT hardware, software and networks.
Administration and support of servers, firewalls, OS, etc…
Work with Sales team to evaluate the technology impact in customer environments and to discuss the offers and quotations of IT solutions.
Manages and maintains servers Microsoft Windows applications and systems including but not limited to Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange, ISA Server,
Backup Server, File server, Antivirus Server, etc…
Support of software and hardware systems for more than 100 enterprises all over lebanon.
Process developed skills that have been gained through establishing and developing
full IT projects, networks and infrastructures from initial conception to completion.
Experience covers customer liaison, design, test to successful implementation within
budget, scope, timescales and process limitations.
Extensive LAN, WAN, Hardware, Software experience.
