 Resolve complaints and answer questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
 Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
 Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
 Doubled sales during holiday season by more 50%.
 Planning and organizing management techniques and strategies in order to motivate and encourage Sales staff.
 Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
 Issue instructions and assign duties to sales.
