 Managed the operations of all ICS projects (farmer groups), field officers, APEDA Tracenet operations of projects, certifications standards of entire project.
 Prepared and implemented scientific Package of Practice for good production and post harvest practices, Ensured maximum quantity of quality produce from fields, quality assurance of field and raw material.
 Conducted trainings for farmers and field offices to obtain maximum productivity, field inspection, Data analysis and profiling of products based on selected specification for wider spectrum of products.
Management of external project activities.
Managed and implemented various supportive project for sustainable development in the area of organic agriculture and socio-economic development.
 Associated with PDS - Pernod Recard - GIZ - PlaNet Finance Project focused on organic agriculture, financial education, skill development and micro entrepreneurships.
 Frontier Natural Coop- Well Earth project for setting up a state of the art soil analytical laboratory.
