Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
•Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Marketing) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
•Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
Organization of fiscal documents.
Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
•Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
•Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
•Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
•Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

•Maintaining good customer Relationship Preparing Quotation and Local Purchase Orders
•Responsible for all Clerical and Receptionist work such filling, handling calls on front desk
•Responsible for Accounting (Knowledge of TALLY & CRM)
Recovery of payments (Collection process)
History of incoming and outgoing cheques
