Lead end-to-end post-sales operations for one of RAKs largest real estate developers, managing residential
transactions from booking confimation through te deed issuance. Oversee a team of pos!-sales executives
and coordinate with legal, finance, sales, and goverment bodies
SPA & Contract Management
+ Review, prepare, and issue Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) ensuring accuracy of unit details,
payment plans, pricing, and contractual terms.
+ Coordinate SPA execution across customers, sales, legal, and finance departments; track pending SPAS
for timely completion
+ Manage end-to-end post.sales process from booking confirmation to SPA execution and client sign-off
+ Handle ownership transfers, resale requests, NOC issuance, exception approvals, and payment plan
amendments
Monitor customer compliance with payment schedules and contractual obligations; manage cancellations
and modifications
+ Apply knowledge of KYGIAML regulations and due diigence processes to ensure compliance in all
customer onboarding and transaction documentation
CRM Management & Client Care
+ Manage complete post-sale client fecycle within CRM systems — from contract stage through NOC,
handover, and title deed issuance
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records including contact details, transaction history,
communication logs, document status, and payment milestones
+ Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams via CRM workflows to ensure seamless information flow
and timely resolution of client issues.
Inventory Management
+ Maintain and manage comprehensive residential unit inventory database covering al property types,
configurations, floor plans, pricing, availabilty, and reservation status
+ Coordinate with sales and development teams o ensure real-time accuracy of inventory records —
tracking units from launch through reservation, contract, handover, and tlle deed issuance
+ Manage unt allocation, release scheduling, and re-istings for cancelled or retumed units in coordination
with sales and legal teams
+ Prepare inventory status report, availabilty mtices, and unit devel transaction summaries for
management and sales strategy reviews
Title Deed & Government Coordination
+ Liaise with UAE Land Departments and government authorities for tlle deed issuance, registration, and
trusteo-elated activiles
+ Ensure full regulatory compliance with UAE real estate laws across all property documentation and
ownership transfers
+ Track and manage municipality approvals, project registrations, and statutory obligations
Customer Relations & Stakeholder Management
+ Serve as primary escalation point for pos-sales customer concems, maintaining high clint satisfaction
standards
+ Build and maintain relationships with customers, barks, brokers, legal representatives, and intemal
stakeholders
+ Conduct inter-departmental mestings to streamine processes, resolve issues, and improve service
delivery
Operations & Team Leadership
+ Develop and implement post-sales SOPs, workflows, and qualty service standards across the
department
+ Supervise, mentor, and guide post-sales executives and coordinators to ensure operational efficiency
+ Propare operational dashboards, management reports, and performance updates for senior leadership
+ Drive process improvement initiatives reducing tumaround times and enhancing customer satisfaction
+ Maintain proper document management systems and digital record-keeping for al property transactions
