• Checking the work of the constructor (civil and structural) if it conforms to the approved drawing, specification and standards through inspection request form submitted to GDMW.
• Check and approved of material submittal (civil and structural) if it is conform to the GDMW standard and specification with coinciding to the BOQ.
• Review and approval of shop drawing submittal (civil and structural) if it is adapt to the contract drawing, project specification and standards of GDMW.
• Attending manufacturer and plant visit for the project construction material.
• Checking survey report coordinates and elevation for building, external electromechanical and roads.
• Checking, review and installation inspection precast design solid wall, hallow core slab and foundation of building, including inspection for molds, steel and electromechanical before casting of concrete (Al Rashed-Abetong Factory ARA 6 jizan, ksa).
• Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
• Witness all test on reinforcement bar, soil and concrete to be performed by 3rd party.
• Responsible for the inspection of delivery of construction material insuring that this material is conformed to the project specification, standards and approved manufacturer.
• Attend weekly quality and construction coordination meeting to resolve issue about nonconformance report, technical query, design changes etc.

• Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards and procedures during construction on all phases of Civil, Structural and Architectural Works.
• To assist Construction Managers with the preparation of the required Method Statements, and in particular working closely with the safety manager.
• Ensure that Quality Control Procedures are being followed and implemented properly.
• Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
• To ensure all Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans have been approved and are progressing as planned.
• Study and review the issued construction drawings, plan, details and specification to ensure that all works implemented and carried at site conforms to approve Quality Program.
• Ensure all Quality Control Records are kept up-to date and filed.
• Giving the full responsibility of Architectural Inspection such as wall finishes, floor finishes, imported doors and windows.
