Responsible for all the day to day site office activities. Set up and maintain paper and electronic/manual filing system for record, incoming and outgoing correspondence and all related documents and materials. Responsible in distributing incoming and outgoing letters and other related materials. Preparing and monitoring submissions to Main Contractor, Consultant and Sub-contractor. Monitoring No Objection Certificates and work permits. Assisting all staff needs and concerns with regards to administrative matter. Requesting and monitoring of all office and kitchen supplies. Performs other related tasks as directed.

Attend telephone inquiries and/or orders and provide assistance and accurate information regarding our products
Regularly monitor and prepare daily sales report and expense details.
Supervises staffs.
Handled all indirect materials/accessories needed for the company’s product.
Handled food items - product ordering, releasing to stores and monitoring.
Sourcing, dealing and coordinating with suppliers (local and abroad)
Coordinate with graphic artist designs or artworks to be released to suppliers once approved
Prepared specification of artworks for price quotations and prepared price summary for each project or item.
Directly reports to the Chairman of the Board - approval from product development to final release, status monitoring and re-ordering if necessary
Responsible in product ordering and monitoring.
Coordinated with store regarding product movement, pull out and transfer.
Responsible in coordinating, preparing, and issuance of working permits to tenants.
In charge of taking approvals of work permit from Engineering Department and Administrative Manager to Mall Administration.
Orients crews/staffs by the tenants with regards to company and mall policies.
