tuckshop with below roles and responsibilities. - Planning employees shifts and work schedules - Providing feedback on
employee performances to management - Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes. - Organizing the workflow of tuckshop - Overseeing whole tuckshop and managing all day to day operations for a smooth flow.

• Working part time as a baby sitter for 2-5hrs a day depending on the demand and request. Responsibility includes showing up on time, honor commitments and value the responsibility I have
even if it's just a part-time babysitting job. Family rely on me while they are on vacation. Strong communication skills and focus is required at all times.
• Worked as Team Leader for Samsung New Zealand Sales, Samsung US and Samsung Australia Department. We make sure that we hit our sales target every month. This work involved talking
to more than 30 people a day. Presenting the products over the phone and close the sales. Includes presenting the overall sales at
the end of the month to the management. Presenting possible strategy and work around for the next month promotion and
offers. This is a fast paced environment and we need to insure that we are aligned or ahead to our top competitor brands.
Rk's Catering and Events
This is a part time job that I'm doing on the days that I'm available. Waitress, food server, bartender and sometimes eventhost. Arranging party events including birthdays, weddings etc.
I worked for DISH Network Corporation USA. This is an American network television provider. American television provider and the owner of the direct-broadcast satellite provider in US. I worked as
a senior sales representative. My duties includes discussing with the customers the current package they have. Offer to upgrade the current system that they are using. Also been trained and
worked as technical support together with upselling and being monitored with good customer service feedback and score. Been promoted as team leader handling a total of 13 people in my team.
I handle the American Express (Amex) bank client, United States. All across America. I've been to the billing department which
includes talking to different customers and discussing the bills that they have. Logically analyzing the dispute and complaints about billing and any related concerns. Also been part of the Fraud department which handles stolen and missing money from customers accounts. This role includes all about bank legal actions etc towards the stolen and fraudulent activities. Been promoted as a supervisor after 1yr and 6 mos with company. This
includes ensuring that the people are aligned with the purpose and goals of the company.
