Collect payments whether im cash or credit.
Issue receipt, refunds, change of tickets, redeem stamp and coupons.
Cross sell products and introduce new ones.
Resolve customer complains, guide them and provide relevant information.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

• Approaching customers that may require assistance if on the shop floor.
•Carrying out stock for replenishment.
• Ensuring all areas of the department remain tidy at all times.
• Maintaining the Fi-Fo.
