* Responding to customers incoming email and phone calls, regarding delivery schedule.
* Sales order entry, purchase order information and entering figures into a exact globe.
* Provide a regular update report on progress to the customer
* Follow up with the customer the material receipt Voucher (MRV)
* Follow up with the customer the material Inspection reports (MIV)
* Follow up with the customer the consultant satisfactory/unsatisfactory report (MIR)
* Export unpaid Invoices, then forward to L/C department in order to make a commercial invoice.
