Professional who provides expert advice in security, electronic, management, human resources, public relations, politics. I was involved, in this role, in the issues of waste and recycling of used tires, and legal issues in the Defence sector. In particular, with regard to the recycling of tires, I followed an innovative project which consists in the use of pyrolytic ovens.
Managed connection with the Allied Intelligence Services, organized meetings, oversaw the exchange of information. Responsible also for the records and all the staff of the Division. In this position, employed twelve qualified people between officials and secretaries.
Followed the political and economic situation of the country, written reports and assessments. A further task, somewhat delicate, was to gather information concerning some sensitive issues, such as terrorist groups, illegal financing, drug trafficking etc.. Acted also as liaison officer with the local Secret Service and therefore responsible for the exchange of information between the two countries.
Led an important branch as radio and satellite communications. Oversaw procurement and tests, drafted the annual budget and directed technical staff, in charge of repairs the radio relays. Also prepared studies and projects on development of future telecommunications systems. Furthermore organized technical meetings and wrote all the rules relating to mobile telephony of the Agency.
Acted as advisor of Minister and followed him in all his activities. In this position, also played the role of chief of protocol and arranged meetings with Defence Ministers of other Countries. During this period, received an encomium written by the Italian Minister of Defence.
Conducted warships, led men and equipment and filled several positions of high responsibility as Chief Office of Maritime Special Forces at Comsubin HQ (La Spezia), Commanding officer of a minesweeper and a frigate, Commanding officer of a military telecommunications school, Chief of "Communication/Command and Control" Division of Joint Italian Headquarters. As Commanding officer of the minesweeper Edera employed forty people, as Commanding officer of the frigate Alpino employed two hundred and fifty people and as Commanding officer of the Telecommunications Military School employed nearly a thousand men. Held various military ranks and reached the rank of rear admiral.
